Application

Carbon monoxide absorber is designed for long-lasting laboratory work, repair work when man-made interference of manufacturing process occurs as well as it is used in case of emergency. CO absorber protects wearer`s airways against carbon monoxide when its concentration nearby absorber inlet doesn`t exceed 17% by vol. CO absorber enters into composition of the following set:

- carrier
- full face mask
- breathing hose.

It is forbidden to use the absorber in containers, boilers, tanks, silo wells, tunnels as well as closed spaces at small cubic capacity without natural ventilation when oxygen content is lower then 17% by vol. and CO content exceeds admissible value.

CO ABSORBER HAS GOT RESISTANCE LAYER WHICH SIGNALS THE DEGREE OF CONSUMPTION.

CO ABSORBER CAN BE FITTED WITH ANOTHER GAS FILTERS PRODUCED BY FASER S.A.

CO absorber consist of oval-shaped metal container ended at both sides with thread connectors. At the upper side there is external thread (male thread), at the lower side there is internal thread (female thread).

Container is filled up with several layers of sorbing agent and divided by different shape wire meshes. CO absorber is tightly turned with two hole plugs.
