The SR-60 T is a self- contained closed- circuit breathing chemical oxygen escape apparatus capable of producing breathable air for a period of over 60 minutes at a breathing rate of 35 liters per minute.
SR-60 T complies with the standard EN 13794 : 2002 K S.
Breathing chemical oxygen escape apparatus SR-60 T type belongs to the latest generation of self- rescuers in which oxygen is generated by the reaction of the exhaled air with the chemical bed.
The escape apparatus SR-60 T type protects the user's airways during the withdrawal (escape) from oxygen deficient, hazardous and toxic atmospheres. The device enables the user to breathe independently of the surrounding atmosphere.
Intended use:
The escape apparatus SR-60 T type is designed for the underground mining and other branches of industry.
It should be used for safe withdrawal from the areas endangered by fire, breakout or breakdown of chemical installation.
It is a single- use unit to be discarded after use.
The escape apparatus SR-60 T type is designed only for self-rescue from the endangered area and therefore it must not be used for work purposes.
